CBD Punjab Grand Auction 2027
Expected: Early 2027 · Lahore
CBD Punjab’s flagship annual property auction. The 2026 edition featured the landmark CBD Arena plot (10 kanals, sold at PKR 70.07 million per kanal) and NSIT City Residencia-2 plots, drawing over 50 competitive bids. The 2027 auction catalogue will be announced on the official PCBDDA website.
